Standard shipping is available to all customers. Transit time of this shipping method is 7-15 business days

 

How much does shipping cost?

Clean & Clear Glass offers free USA shipping on all orders. In addition, you may choose to purchase expedited shipping (2-day, Overnight, etc) at checkout. International customers receive free shipping on orders over $500.
 

How long does free shipping take?

Free shipping is delivered via USPS or FedEx, and takes anywhere from 3-5 business days.

How long until my order ships?

All orders placed before 2pm EST ship out same day (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after 2pm ship the following business day.

Do you offer discreet packaging?

At Clean & Clear Glass, we completely understand our customers needs for discreet packing. For your privacy, all packages are shipped in unmarked brown or standard USPS Priority boxes with a return address of Clean & Clear Glass. There will be no mention of Clean & Clear Glass on your package.

However, "Clean & Clear Glass" will show up on your billing statement. We cannot change this due to Visa/Mastercard regulations, and we apologize in advance for the inconvenience.

Do you offer international shipping?

We offer international shipping to an ever-growing list of countries around the world. A complete list of available countries is available within the shipping stage of checkout. Orders over $500 receive FREE international shipping.

Do you ship to a PO Box?

Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes via USPS. Please do not select FedEx as your shipping method as they are unable to delivery to a PO Box.
 

What happens if my item breaks during shipping?

In addition to a pre-shipment inspection, Clean & Clear Glass uses proprietary packing methods developed and improved over time to ensure your items arrive in the same flawless condition they left our facility.

In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective item, Clean & Clear Glass will replace it at no cost. Notify our support team within 72 hours of delivery with an order number and a few photos of the packaging and damaged item(s). We'll take care of the rest.

Don't throw anything away until you speak with a rep; we might need the package back! In the event you're asked to ship a package back, we will always provide a prepaid return shipping label. Learn more about out return policy or file a return using the links below.

For USA warehouse,the transit time is 2-3 days normally,we ship out by Fedex or UPS
We offer tracking on all shipments sent with Registered Shipping. Tracking information is made available automatically 24 hours after shipment in a separate email.
 
An adult signature will be required upon delivery. Our products are for persons 18 years or older and we do not ship to minors.
 
Our products are intended for tobacco use only.


Return Policy
Clean & Clear Glass accepts returns on unused products within 15 days of delivery. We do not accept used product returns under any circumstances. All returns MUST have a valid RMA number.

We go through great lengths to provide an accurate representation of our products through detailed descriptions, videos, and high resolution photos.

  1. Returns due to personal preference will incur a 15% restocking fee.
  2. Returns in exchange for Clean & Clear Glass store credit will never incur a restocking fee.
  3. Shipping charges and rush processing fees are non refundable.
In order to return an item, you will have the option of using a Clean & Clear Glass provided, prepaid shipping label (the cost of the postage will be subtracted from your refund) or shipping the item back using your own label. 

What if an item arrives broken?

Using a proprietary packaging process, we ensure that more than 99.7% of packages arrive in the same flawless condition they left our warehouse.
In the unlikely event you receive a broken, incorrect, or mislabeled product, please file a claim with our support team within 4 days of delivery using the link below. 
  1. You must provide an order number, and 2-3 clear photos of the damaged item as well as the packaging. 
  2. Clean & Clear Glass will replace the broken item with a functional unit at no additional cost.
  3. Clean & Clear Glass may request that you send back the original defective item at no additional cost (we'll provide a prepaid label).

What happens if my package is returned to sender?

In the event your package is returned to sender due to invalid address, you can choose to have it reshipped to an alternate or corrected address. You will be charged for the cost of the postage. If your package was returned to sender, please contact support to process a re-shipment via live chat, phone, or email.

How do I file a return?

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may file a return within 7 days of delivery (damaged item claims must be made within 72 hours) by clicking the link below. You may also contact support by live-chat, phone, or email at info@cleanclearglass420.com

Do you offer exchanges?

If you received the wrong item, contact our support team to get it corrected as quickly as possible via live-chat, phone, or email at info@cleanclearglass420.com. 
If you would like an exchange due to preference, we will issue an RMA number to send back the original item. You will be refunded store credit, which you may use to order a different item.

Can I return a broken item?

If an item arrives broken, please see the "What if my item arrives broken?" section above.
If an item breaks after you use it, send your order number and clear photos of the damage to our support team to get a one time use coupon code that will discount a replacement by 15%. We will not ask for the item back, so you won't need an RMA. 

Can I return a used item?

We do not accept returns on used items. There are no exceptions to this rule. 

Do you charge a restocking fee?

Items returned due to customer preference and not Clean & Clear Glass error (wrong, broken, defective items, etc.) will be charged a 15% restocking fee. In addition, shipping and rush processing charges are non refundable. 

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued within 48 hours. Please allow 2-4 days for your bank to clear the funds.
